01 / Understand the business

The real work
starts with
the problem.

The challenge

Buying farmland brings together information that usually lives in different places: location, documents, local context and the people responsible for checking it. For buyers at a distance, the gaps make the journey harder to understand and manage.

Our approach

We approached Greenland Capital as an ecosystem. Customer-facing web and mobile journeys connect with screening and administration interfaces, while geospatial information and manual review support the assessment of each property.

02 / Connect the journey

A property journey with the business behind it.

  1. 01

    Discover

Explore land and its location through the website and mobile experience.

  2. 02

    Review

Bring property records and supporting documents into screening workflows.

  3. 03

    Coordinate

Connect review roles, administration and agent activity.

  4. 04

    Continue

Extend the platform scope into ancillary services and property maintenance.

A simplified view of the project workflow.

03 / Design the important details

Where the
thinking shows.

01

Location is part of the experience.

The portfolio describes satellite mapping and regional information as part of helping buyers understand a property in context.

02

Verification needs people and systems.

Geospatial data sits alongside manual document review. The product experience brings these inputs together; a map alone does not establish legal title.

03

The customer journey continues backstage.

Screening, regional operations, administration and agent commission workflows belong in the same platform plan as customer discovery.

The engagement

An ecosystem in development.

The portfolio identifies Greenland Capital as an ongoing project. The website, mobile and operational interfaces below show the scope of the work; availability and release status are specific to each component.
